These conditions apply to the use of the JF Maes Distribution company website www.jfmaes.com (hereinafter referred to as the website). (hereinafter referred to as JF Maes Distribution).
Website Content and Availability

• The content of this website is composed and updated with the greatest possible care and JF Maes Distribution takes all reasonably possible technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and protection of its systems.
• JF Maes Distribution does not guarantee and cannot be held responsible for the continued proper functioning of the website, the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the information provided on the website. Furthermore, JF Maes Distribution cannot guarantee that the website or any part of the website will always be available or that traffic on the website will always be optimal.

Payments and Deliveries

• The JF Maes Distribution website does not allow online payment. Your terms of payment are registered at the office and, by placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. In the event that you have not been granted a payment term, you will be asked to pay the carrier at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries are made free of charge for all orders above 250€ excluding taxes and excise duty. As far as possible, your order is shipped the next day.

Registration and registration

• By registering, by registering your data, by receiving a user name and password and by accepting these conditions, you approve as a registered user the contents of the conditions and  are entitled to use the online services.
• The password assigned for registration is personal and confidential and you are personally responsible for the (correct) use of the password.

Online sales

• The General Terms and Conditions of Delivery of JF Maes Distribution are fully applicable to all transactions, to all offers submitted by JF Maes Distribution, to all agreements concluded with JF Maes Distribution and to the execution of these agreements and all commitments made with JF Maes Distribution.
